The other deviant were making long journals about the sportsfest, so I wanna join in the fun

Last saturday (May 26, 2007) Our da meat group held our first ever Da Meat Sportsfest at the Marikina Sports Complex. It is were I live so it was cool showing people around. XD

Well the day started with me waking up early to fetch the other deviants at Jolibee Cubao MRT station. I wasn't feeling well because I had a bad sore throat that made me slightly lose my voice at times. Well, I arrived early (really early O_~ ) Turns out there was a problem with our meeting place because there were too many Jolibee branches nearby the MRT station. O_o I first saw jhack. Then with a little texting help we got to tell the others where to find us. Our numbers grew when and arrived (the last 2 were very late

We then took an FX ride to Marikina, I took a pic inside, were for the first time in many years, smiled back at my camera! itsha-mee-ra-kel! O_o Sonny was surprised with how the place was so clean I never thought I'd actually hear comments about that toward the place I live XD I guess sometime I take my place for granted. I teased the others about it nyehehehe.

We got there in a jiffy, saw the others (signas, lico) just a few minutes late, good thing we reserved the court. XD We then fixed up the place (banners, donation box, magic cards, the guys stripping to their shorts ) I bought breakfast first coz I was hungry. I had that McRice Longanisa Sandwich, tasted yummy except for the burnt garlic

The games were started after we got to paired. I was paired with my wonder student :jetkun: nyehehehe teacher and student powerrr We forgot/didnt know the badminton rules, good thing Ram was there to guide us, maybe we should have played using rally point rules for faster gameplay though XD

first game was 6-1 and sonny againts lico and frederic. I was the side commentator while Ck was the scorer of the rounds. I kept shouting SiOMAI!!! when lico went for a smash Sonny kinda did a kung fu move in badminton.

I had fun even though me and my wonder student lost in the 2nd round We had fun in our first game because we beat kwek and jonin 15-0 Kwek was bitter, and block our victory pic

Khael was great and so was jhack. Raz soon followed and so did Darki-sai (iya's friend) He said he was gonna fetch iya, but that didnt happen though, I guess a lot of stuff didnt go as planned. Niumi also arrived selling her famous onigiri XD She was the photographer of the day also. Minsan and Sheri also joined in.

The winner of the badminton tournament were deservingly Lico and Frederick

We then headed out to have lunch. We had a hard time finding a fastfood to eat coz there wasn't enough space for us. In the end, Jolibee was the best choice coz of that mascots uh...very naughty hands The Jolibee mascot was so playful with us it provided some very funny moments you can see in Niumi's multiply account.
I had the taco fries supreme yum yum. It was cool. We had fun with raz coz of his journal were he got "molested" before, and now he was molested again...by a very horny jolibee (why the heck am I laughing, I got molested too )

After eating I headed home to change shoes coz the one's I was wearing got broken -_- By the time I got back the relay race was about to start, I had to stay and guard our stuff becoz I wasnt joining the race to conserve my very weak stamina for basketball It was very cool to be a spectator in this one, seeing the others run especially raz running like naruto (he doesnt even notice he run like that ) Raz's group won XD

We then went toward the basketball court we reserved, there were some people still playing before us, and didnt want to leave until they saw lico, jetkun and minsan approaching Iba na malaki We started out as 3 on 3 for warm up, and chose to score just 10 points to win. Easy right? NOT! O_O it seems, its been too long since some of us got to play that just shooting seemed too much effort Mark, pedz and Jon seem pretty ok with the game, the others were just beginners or newbies.

Raz was really like sakuragi, karate chopping anybody going near the basket, We had fun making fun of kwek, teasing him "lampa" becoz he had nothing left...after...2 minutes

We then decide to make it full court.. It was kinda funny telling the guys they were gonna defend not shoot, They were really clueless with the sport but heck it was fun, to me it was like starting in basketball again but this time im the one who knows the rules and gameplay Weird thing was, Sonny disappeared O_o he promised he would defend me in basketball O_O sayangs!

But it started to rain drat! hopefully we get to play again someday. On a covered court hehe. We then headed for the bleachers to have some bonding sessions, I guess to the newbies, it was bit weird seeing the guys singing boy bands and 80's stuff, but hey it was raining so better than being quite huh, XD Berd suddenly appeared and we had more goofing power hehe They made fun a the very akward statues they say they were sculpted by artistic gay dudes XD

After the rain stopped, We saw Wilson, Addy and Mary at the entrance. She offered a ride to the others, too bad they were late.

The group was divided in 2, as our goal was to go and have fun with bump cars at fiesta carnival XD Me and the others decided to commute which turned out ok

We had a very noisy jeepney ride and talked alot all throughout the trip. I guess its always been like that with us deviants.

Surprisingly, we arrived earlier than Addy's group O_o we then waited for the others while it was still raining a bit and had fun for awhile, We teased pedz on his emo pose and constructed some sort of MTV coz the place had an emo song playing it was fun. The others put lots of effort looking emo (or was it natural XD ) Cool things can happend with just a bench and an umbrella in the rain.

We then notice the place was closing or something so we tried to buy tickets and ask if they could wait for our group, but no, so we just bumped car as a group, It was fun especially bumping raz all over the place, Kwek swore revenge coz we teased him "lampa" He kept targeting me and raz. I also got my knee banged up coz the car was too small for me, so it got hit on impact (ouch, it seems ok though) Six-one and khaell were nice drivers and were always smiling (although they still got bumped nyehehehe)

We then went to gateway to see the others, we also saw Delru by chance O_o she just came from the yaoi con, what a coincidence XD We also had some sort of yaoi con if you check the muliply links in the bottom. We had Taco Bell Beef and Potato *drool* we kept on teasing kwek how better it was than what he was eating XD

The group grew smaller coz some deviants had to go home only the drinking group was left XD hehehe Me, 61, raz, kwek, berd, ck, aki, patrick, jhack and mark all headed to the fudcourt to have a drinking session, it was really good because the prices were low and affordable. We had some extended chit chat, I think Raz got drunk and started banging the table and ranted. I guess we are used to him and all went well when Berd shared his youth memories.

The day ended well, even though things didnt not go as planned, I guess what important is that us deviants find ways to still have time for each other even with our very busy lives
